How we create 3D models

Walk around a building with a phone and, twenty-two minutes later, have a photorealistic 3D model that anyone can view in a browser and walk through — no plugins, no 3D expertise, no £40,000 laser scanner. An open-source pipeline — a capture app, one well-tuned workstation and quality checks that publish their own honesty numbers — turns those ordinary photographs into the walkable models on this site. The next phase takes the walking out entirely: an autonomous drone.
